Consistent with 45 CFR part 74,
subpart J, the Administration on Aging requires grantees funded
under title IV of the Older Americans Act to report semiannually on
the performance of their projects. The report is necessary to
monitor the grantee's progress and disruption may result in public
harm as the issuance of grant awards is based on information
contained in the report.
