Approved as amended by ED's memorandum to OMB of 9/9/97. In addition, ED will continue to develop an overall data collection strategy for the IDEA program. ED further agrees that it will update OMB on its work with States, advocacy groups, and others to revise data collection under the new law. ED agrees that, in the future, it will submit all relevant forms under IDEA in one comprehensive clearance package.
