national need" without providing the public with a significant
opportunity to comment; ED will report back to OMB within 6 months
of the date listed on this approval request on any public comments
received on the changes made to "areas of national need" concerning
Environmental Science, Geoscience and Robotic Technology; ED, in
the next submission of this approval request, will provide a more
specific explanation of who the respondents are, how many
narratives each respondent is likely to submit, and how this
affects the calculation of burden hours.
