Abstract: The Cost Reduction Proposal (CRP) is used by the contractor to propose cost reduction projects to NASA. The contracting officer evaluates the CRP in order to determine whether or not to accept the contractor's suggestions. If the CRP is accepted, the contractor becomes eligible for a share of the savings.
