Abstract: THE INTERIM RULE ESTABLISHES INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTITIES PROPOSING TO USE, IN THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED UNDER A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT, ITEMS FOR WHICH THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (EPA) HAS RECOMMENDED RECOVERED MATERIALS CONTENT LEVELS CONSISTENT WITH RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND RECOVERY ACT (42 U.S. 6962 (RCRA), SECTION 6002(E), AND EXECUTIVE ORDER 12873).
