Terms of Clearance: Clearance requested for collection of information that has been completed. In addition, the agency is advised that the burden hours and number of respondents were calculated incorrectly. The burden hours associated with the applicants submission of supporting documentation as required in the rule should be calculated and included in agency submission. In addition, the agency needs to distinguish between the requirements placed on applicants and those placed on county officers with this information request. Estimates of the number of respondents and the associated burden hours should be revised to reflect this distinction.

Abstract: Form CCC-435 Tree Assistance Program Technical Worksheet is used for the collection of data and calculation of losses of orchard trees and grapevines due to natural disaster. Form CCC-436 TAP Eligibility Certification Statement is used for owner certification for TAP eligibility that the owner owns not more than 500 acres of orchard trees or grapevines and had an annual qualifying gross revenue of less than $2.5 million due the tax year preceding the year during which the natural disaster losses occured.
