Abstract: Low burden survey to collect data from frontline health care providers to assess the use of CDSS in diagnosing and treating patients and to identify barriers to using CDSS. Additionally, the survey will collect data to evaluate the integration, effectiveness, and appropriateness of clinical guidelines as part of CDSS and patient care.
