Abstract: Section 304(b) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 authorizes BLM to require reimbursement for reasonable costs with respect to applications for rights-of-way. The information collection requirements at 43 CFR 2808.3 are necessary for BLM to determine a reasonable level of reimbursement.
