information requirements were formerly approved under_a generic
clearance for certification records under #1218-0210. In drafting
its proposed rule on Revocation of Certification Records for Tests,
Inspections, and Training, DOL shall consider the public comments
received on these information requirements in this extension of PRA
approval.

The standard requires that when a
damaged restraining device needs structural repair, such as
component replacement or rewelding, the repairs must be certified
by either the manufacturer or a registered professional engineer as
meeting certain requirements.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
