Abstract: Contractors, vendors, and steamship companies submit competitive offers for agricultural commodities and services. This enables FSA to evaluate offers impartially and purchase commodities and services to meet domestic export programs needs. Vendors submit shipping logs allowing FSA to expedite shipments to meet vessel sailing dates.
