Abstract: Contractors, vendors, steamship companies, and warehouses/ports/terminals submit offers for agriculture commodities and services. This enables KCCO to evaluate offers impartially & purchase commodities & services to meet export program needs. Vendors submit Shipping Logs so KCCO can expedite shipments to meet vessel sailing dates.
