The information colllection is
required as an essential part of the establishment of a HAACP
(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) food safety program for
processors of fish and fishery products. All respondents will be
business firms that process seafoods for the U.S. market.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
