Abstract: This information collection requires State agencies to notify the Secretary when a provider has been denied participation status in Medicaid or has been terminated, suspended, or otherwise sanctioned under the Medicaid program. The information reported permits the OIG to effectuate exclusions from Medicare and other Federal and State health care programs based on a Medicaid action.
