This form is used by permittees
authorized to graze livestock on the public rangelands to apply for
BLM approval to construct or maintain range improvements on the
public lands. Rangeland improvements authorized under the permit
are to facilitate the handling and the care of livestock on the
rangeland. Examples of the range improvements are: Corrals, loading
shutes, creep feeder, temporary storage, and trough for hauled
water, etc. Structural and nonstructural improvements that are
permanent in nature and could facilitate multiple use management of
public lands are authorized under a cooperative range improvement
permit

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
