Terms of Clearance: In section 1.4 Telecommunications Carrier Statement Template of the carrier statement instructions, the following must be inserted after the first sentence: "The Capacity Application Section of the Final Capacity Notice discusses the criteria for evaluating wiretap capacity." If possible, the responsibility of resellers should be included in the Capacity Application Section. If not, another sentence should be included in section 1.4 giving guidance to resellers of telecommunication services. Reporting the wage value of the burden hours in block 14 of the form 83-I causes a double count of the burden. Please avoid this error in future submissions.
