Terms of Clearance: OMB notes that DOL intends to reduce the burden associated with validating non-monetary determination data and transfer the reduced burden to 1205-0359 (Unemployment Insurance Performance Measurement Review System). At that time, DOL may submit a change worksheet to remove the non-monetary determination data validation burden from this collection, provided that DOL's request for revision of 1205-0359 describes the change and the transfer, and that the public is given an opportunity to comment.
