non-monetary determination data and transfer the reduced burden to
1205-0359 (Unemployment Insurance Performance Measurement Review
System). At that time, DOL may submit a change worksheet to remove
the non-monetary determination data validation burden from this
collection, provided that DOL's request for revision of 1205-0359
describes the change and the transfer, and that the public is given
an opportunity to comment.

Data provided to the Unemployment
Insurance Service must be credible for use in the distribution of
administrative funds as well as triggering the Extended Benefits
Program and as economic indicators as well as general information
for operating the program. Validation attempts to ensure the
accuracy and compatibility of reported data.
