Abstract: This is a collection of information from States concerning their use of EPA's Policy on Compliance Incentives for Small Businesses or comparable State penalty waiver/reduction programs for small entities. This information will be used in a report to Congress to fulfill the Agency's obligation under the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996 (SBREFA). EPA is requesting information to report to Congress concerning these penalty reduction programs.
