Operations
Extension without change of a currently approved collection
Respondents are owners or operators of
ethylene oxiden commercial sterilization and fumigation operations.
Respondents must submit one-time reports at the start of
constructions, reconstruction, or modification, anticipated or
actual startup dates, and physical or operation changes to existing
facilities. In addition, certain owners or operators of existing
commercial ethylene oxide sterilization and fumigation operations
will submit reports of actual annual ethylene oxide use. Owners or
operations of new commercial ethylene oxide sterilization of
fumigation operations will submit one-time reports of ....

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
