Hard and Decorative Chromium Electro- plating and Chromium
Anodizing Tanks
Extension without change of a currently approved collection
This regulation applies to owners and
operators of chrome electroplating and chrome anodizing facilities.
Owners and operators must conduct an initial performance test,
monitor control device operating parameters, report excess
emissions semin-annual and comply with the chron emission
limit.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
