This ICR for the
proposed National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants
for Chemical Recovery Combustion Sources at kraft, soda, sulfite,
and stand-alone, semi-chemical recovery combustion sources at pulp
mills is approved. If EPA makes no modification to this ICR at the
final rule stage, EPA should submit an inventory correction
worksheet to reflect the full burden of the ICR. Any modifications
to the ICR must be submitted to OMB for review.

Respondents are owners or operators of
kraft, soda, sulfite, and stand-alone semichemical pulp mills and
must submit notifications and reports and maintain records required
by the general provisions (40 CFR part 63, subpart A).
Recordkeeping of parameters related to process and air pollution
control technologies is required. The reports and records will be
used to demonstrate compliance with the applicable emission limits
and/or standards.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
