We corrected the
information burden information in block 14 of the SF-83. RSPA
should be provided the information given FHWA about recurring
errors in providing this information, as they will be otherwise
returned to the agency for correction in the future. RSPA should
submit a correction worksheet if it has further corrections. We
simply show (in this correction) annual hours (8,333) and the
annualization of the start up costs over the period the regulation
is in force (3 years).

The information collection and
recordkeeping requirements in the final rule are to ensure that
certain cargo tank motor vehicles used to transport liquified
compressed gases are operated safely and to minimize the potential
for catastrophic releases during unloading and loading
operations.
