Abstract: To evaluate the effectiveness of the National Health Service Corps (NHSC), a survey will be conducted of clinicians currently serving in the NHSC, clinicians who have completed NHSC service, and administrators in NHSC-staffed organizations. Data will be collected on recruitment and service experience and impact on sites in which they serve.
