Abstract: Private pension plan administrators are required to file annual reports with IRS which includes information about future benefits. The information collected by Schedule SSA is sent by IRS to SSA. SSA maintains the data and forwards information about future pension benefits to beneficiaries. The respondents are administrators of private pension plans.
