'Diplomatic privileges' To issue DOS
driver licenses to qualified foreign mission personnel and their
dependents in the United States. Also, to determine eligibility
from sales tax exemption for foreign missions and their personnel
in the U.S., based upon reciprocal extensions of such benefits to
U.S. diplomatic personnel overseas.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
