the collection approved as OMB 2050-0085 is not approved. Prior to
submitting the ICR associated with the LDR Phase IV Mineral
Processing Final Rule, EPA should review its submission to ensure
that it is consistent with the LDR Phase IV Final Rule for Mineral
Processing signed on April 30, 1998.

This proposed rule would revise
universal treatment standards for 12 metals constituents to provide
consistency in the LDR standards.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
