47 CFR sections 64.1100 and 64.1150 contain the Commission's rules governing changes in subscriber carrier selections. We amend these rules to (1) require carriers using letters of agency to fully translate the LOA into the same language as associated promotional materials, oral descriptions, and instructions; (2) incorporate the terms interLATA and the intraLATA into 64.1150(e)(4); and (3) clarify that carriers must confirm orders for long distance service by telemarketing using only one of the four verification options contained in section 64.1100.
