Abstract: Repondents are firefighters, hazardous materials responders, emergency medical services, and emergency planners/managers from 150 metropolitan areas in the U.S. The purpose of this information collection is to obtain input from this user group on the features they would like to have incorporated into a hotline for reporting emergencies of a chemical, biological, or weapons of mass destruction nature.
