Abstract: This data is necessary to establish the applicant's citizenship and identification and for Passport Services to determine entitlement to the issuance of a U.S. passport. The information solicited is used in administering responsibilities of the Department under 22 U.S.C. 211a-217a and E.O. 11295, 26 U.S.C. 6039E, and regulations promulgated thereunder.
