Abstract: This voluntary customer survey of purchasers of numismatic coins from the U.S. Mint will be used to implement E.O. 12862 by obtaining qualitative customer data for evaluating U.S. Mint customer satisfaction as compared to the seven economic segments and 40 industries/agencies reported in the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
