Abstract: This action modifies a number of provisions of the final rule establishing standards and requirements for reformulated (RFG) and conventional gasoline pursuant to section 211(k) of the Clean Air Act. These modifications relate to emissions standards, emissions models, compliance-related requirements, and enforcement provisions. Many of the modifications codify guidance issued by the Agency since the initial adoption of these gasoline programs.
