Sections 76.73 and 76.75 require each
cable employment unit to establish, maintain, and carry out a
program to assure equal employment opportunity in every aspect of a
cable entity's policy and practice. The data is used by cable units
to enable them to complete the Annual Employment Report (FCC
395-A/395-M) and by FCC staff for in-house and field
investigations.
