Abstract: The Committee on Finance, United States Senate, under section 332 (g) of the Trade Act of 1930, has asked the Commission to investigate competitive factors affecting the U.S. macadamia industry, including competition from imports from Australia, Brazil, South Africa, and the Central American countries. The Commission has decided to use questionnaires to gather economic data not available from other sources.
