Terms of Clearance: Approved in concept through 5/98 with the understanding that in the near future, HCFA expects to make fundamental amendments to these underlying HHA surety bond rules. These amendments will address issues such as cumulative liability and due process raised by the surety bond industry in public comment. Upon publication, OMB expects that HCFA will submit these revised final rules for emergency PRA clearance.
