Abstract: The NPS needs accurate information about visitors in order to properly protect resources, provide needed visitor services, improve customer service, complete management plans, including general management plans, interpretive plans, operations evaluations, and to meet requirements of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA). Respondents will include a sample of visitors to Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve.
