Abstract: The State Interagency Coordinating Counsel in each State is required to submit an annual report to the Secretary on the status of the early intervention program operated within the State for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. States are required to submit a performance report in accordance with CFR section 80.40. This collection serves both functions.
