The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), section 8(a), authorizes a quadrennial information collection requiring manufacturers and importers of organic chemicals and other chemicals subject to final or proposed TSCA rules, regulations, and orders to provide facility-specific information on chemicals. Specifically requested is headquarters and facility address, identity of manufactured or imported, production volume information, technical contracts' names and telephone numbers, and site-limited status.
