The Toxic Substances Control Act
(TSCA), section 8(a), authorizes a quadrennial information
collection requiring manufacturers and importers of organic
chemicals and other chemicals subject to final or proposed TSCA
rules, regulations, and orders to provide facility-specific
information on chemicals. Specifically requested is headquarters
and facility address, identity of manufactured or imported,
production volume information, technical contracts' names and
telephone numbers, and site-limited status.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
