Section 8(b) of the Toxic Substances
Control Act (TSCA) autho- rizes a quadrennial information
collection requiring manufactur- ers and importers of organic
chemicals and other chemicals sub- ject to final or proposed TSCA
rules, regulations and other to provide facility specific
information on chemicals. Specifically requested is headquarters
and facility address, identify of chemicals manufactured or
imported, production volume infor- mation, technical contacts'
names and telephone numbers of site-limited status.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
