Abstract: In response to Public Law 99-059 and NTSB recommendations, this reporting requirement serves as documentation of the emergency evacuation plans (EEP) formulated by operators of manned OCS facilities. U.S. Coast Guard review of EEPs ensures that effective plans are in place for emergency procedures on board manned OCS facilities.
