Abstract: Individuals in two rural areas will be interviewed to assess the impacts of the "First There, First Care" National Campaign, a campaign designed to encourage people to provide assistance to traffic accident victims and teach them how to provide the emergency aid necessary to save lives. NHTSA needs this information to determine optimal program dissemination strategies and appropriate levels of support for the program.
