Abstract: On October 17, 1997, the Commission released a Report and Order and Second FNPRM, FCC 97-376. Among other things, FCC 97-376 finalizes the Commission's rules concerning the disposition of home run wiring and cable wiring in multiple-dwelling units. These rules, as well as the Commission's signal leakage rules, now apply to all non-cable multi-channel video program distributors.
