Abstract: This information collection captures the attitudes of 16-21 year old youth toward military service, as well as other available career options. It also addresses qualifications for service, primarily in terms of aptitude and their availability. This information will be used to identify the items that best predict enlistment propensity and to segment the population by quality and availability factors.
