The Defense Finance and Accounting
Service (DFAS) intends to conduct a number of surveys designed to
determine the kind and quality of service their customers want and
expect, as well as their satisfaction with DFAS's existing
services. The information collected will be used internally to
determine where and to what extend services are satisfactory, as
well as to identify areas in which services can be improved.
Respondents include active duty military, retired military, active
duty reservist, annuitants, civil service employees, and Department
of Defense vendors.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
