This collection
is approved on the following conditions: (1) HHS provide
information prior to the next clearance explaining what the CPS and
SIPP modules say about basic child support parameters and whether
the two are in substantial agreement. If they are not, is there an
explanation why? (2) HHS provide examples to OMB 60 days from the
date of clearance identifying how data from this module have been
used by the research community and policy makers (e.g. how the
detailed questions about changes in support orders and informal
child support have been used by policy makers). Such information
should be identified in the form of actual research, testimony, and
policy directives such as legislation and regulations.
