Abstract: This regulation will enable aquaculturists to protect their facilities and their fisheries resources by giving them permission through an expedited process to kill depredating double-crested cormorants. Aquaculturists will be required to keep a monthly log of all years birds taken on a daily basis, and the log must be maintained for a period of 3 years thereafter.
