Abstract: Used for those CLIA laboratories with excellent performance determined on last onsite survey. Revised to reflect CLIA's outcome oriented onsite inspection process, to reduce burden, and to enhance the CLIA program by rewarding good performance and facilitating quality assurance. Designed to determine current compliance as well as prepare laboratories for future onsite surveys.
