Abstract: This information is needed to meet the data collection requirements imposed by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA) for the Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF) program. The information will be used to calculate participation rates and provide information for the PRWORA required annual report to Congress. The respondents for the Tribal TANF data report are federally recognized Indian tribes with an approved TANF program.
