The NPS needs accurate information
about visitors in order to properly protect resources; provide
needed visitor services; improve customer service; complete
management plans, including general management plans, interpretive
plans, and operations evaluations; and to meet requirements of the
Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA). Respondents will
include a sample of visitors to the Netherlands Carillon/The United
States Marine Corps War Memorial (Iwo Jima).
