Abstract: The NPS needs accurate information about visitors in order to properly protect resources; provide needed visitor service; improve customer service; complete management plans, including general management plans, interpretive plans, and operations evaluations; and to meet requirements of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA). Respondents will include a sample of visitors to the National Monuments and Memorials (National Mall).
