The Common Carrier Bureau has provided
requirements for exercising the right of first refusal to the 888
toll-free vanity numbers which were set aside in 1996. The purpose
of these requirements is to ensure that toll-free subscribers are
given notice and opportunity to reserve numbers of their
choice.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
