Abstract: The National Transportation Safety Board plans to ask airline passengers who have taken part in an emergency evacuation of a commercial aircraft to complete a voluntary "passenger questionnaire." This survey will be used to determine safety issues during the Board's safety study on emergency evacuations from commercial aircraft.
